I hereby agree to the rules and regulations of the E500 Sports and Arts Society. I agree to uphold the Constitution and conform to all decisions made by the Executive of the E500 Sports and Arts Society. If at any time I decide to withdraw my membership, I must do so in writing to the Executive. I agree to also pay a monthly membership fee to ensure the upkeep and running of the organization. I hereby acknowledge that in the event of three (3) consecutive missed payments, my status as a financial member of the community group will be terminated. Subsequently, I will not retain the privilege of voting or holding any official position within the group. To regain financial membership after three (3) missed payments, I am obligated to settle all outstanding payments in full. Additionally, I must undergo a re-registration process and fulfil the registration fee requirement. It is important to note that payments are due between the 1st and 5th of every month, and failure to submit payment by the 6th will result in my classification as a non-financial member.

Backstage coordination, rehearsal support, event flow assistance.

Media and Documentation

Photo capture, short clips, event highlights capture, volunteer check-in documentation.

E500 operates with discipline and respect. Volunteers are expected to support structured execution, follow leadership direction, and represent the organization with professionalism.
